I called on 3-7-19; but failed to write down the Customer Service Rep.'s name that assisted me. However, the Customer Service Rep was very helpful and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and even offered to call me back when the time came to make the changes to my account. I will definitely write down is name and update this review once I receive the call back.

She was very knoeledgeable and she worked very hard to handle my situation, which wasn't straightforward as my credit score was lower than average, i had little money for closing costs and down-payment, and several other difficult hurdles. Ami and her team did an amazing job for me.

Ami is very passionate in the field she works. She is very hardworking and give priority to customers even in the middle of night . Excellent communication skills , energetic young lady , knowledgeable, professional , compassionate , friendly person. As a first time home buyer I had limited knowledge, Ami gave me the best interest rate than I except. I am lucky to have a person like her to guide me through the entire process of home buying . I didn’t do much , Ami coordinated with other team members and helped me to close on time . Awesome work Ami !!!
