Where do we begin... We were contacted by Robin who offered us some information regarding a refinance with Sun West (we were already customers and he wanted to be sure we were aware of the current market conditions). He was very informative and extremely knowledgeable. He provided us with everything we needed to make an informed decision. We also appreciated how readily available he was during the refinance process (which went quickly and very smooth). He could always be reached by phone or email and if we had to leave a message he responded in a very timely manner. We refinanced our current loan and were able to reduce the interest rate, cut 11 years off our loan, remove mortgage insurance all while only increasing our monthly payment a minimal amount. We could not be happier and will highly recommend him (and his entire team) to everyone we know. Thank you Robin! We give you 5 stars!!!

We have been with SunWest Mortgage Services for several years now and have refinanced (for a lower rate) through them without any issues at all. They are great on customer service and everyone that we have spoken to has been very courteous and professional. We would recommend this company.

I tried for quite some time to see about a mortgage on a second home. I know it is a hard process to accomplish. But we finally gave up and just paid cash since it seemed it would not finalize. After 6 months we decided a mortgage was out of reach. It probably would have been easier had it been a purchase of a home in the mainland instead f Puerto Rico. I wish them all well.
