My property taxes went up and today I received a letter from Sun West saying my payments were going up as a result. As to be expected. What wasn't expected is that I would also receive a phone call from a very nice representative who explained all aspects of what was going on. He gave me plenty of options on how to move forward and explained each one. He allowed me to choose the option that worked best for me. Awesome job! 3/8/19 Today, I had the most pleasurable call and experience with a Sun West Mortgage customer service representative by the name of Miracle; she called to inquire about my March payment. I pay after the 16th of the month so I receive calls like this monthly. However, the call today was the most efficient, professional, pleasant, and customer friendly interaction I've had with the company since they've been my lender. I called on 3-7-19; but failed to write down the Customer Service Rep.'s name that assisted me. However, the Customer Service Rep was very helpful and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and even offered to call me back when the time came to make the changes to my account. I will definitely write down is name and update this review once I receive the call back.
