first the staff is great they work really hard make sure they can accommodate all your needs. A little understaff but they all work really hard. amazing case workers make sure before you leave all is set up next locations you are not thrown out deal on your own. Overall had a really great experience or as best as I can.,
People were great. Food and bed was terrible.
Sunrise House was overall a positive experience, with a good group of patients for the most part and acceptable accommodations. Main complaints would be lack of inter-department communication between staff (example, clinical talking to treatment advocates, nurses talking to TA's, etc), patients needing a higher level of care being admitted, and repetitiveness of programming due to said lack of communication. Sunrise House gave me all the tools and skills I needed to move on. The food is great and the staff is welcoming. The community of people are very special. I enjoyed my time at Sunrise very much.
