In the 3 years that my family and I have been coming to this laundromat we had a horrible experience with the staff and the people that come to hang out with the staff. As you guys can see in the pictures the employee was cleaning the dryers and throwing away all the built up lint. Employees are very rude. Dusting when your clothes are getting dust everywhere. They had a group of people taking all the washers and refused to allow the other people to take one washer. The employee rudely said that those people (a hotel or catering company) came here first and they can take all the washers. Absolutely rudeness. Never return to this location. Overpriced and unclean. Dirty people.

So I picked up a pair of slacks I paid cash I never asked for receipts since I’ve been going there for a while. When I dropped off more laundry the girl at the counter said would I like to pick up my slacks I told her I had already did she said well you didn’t pay for them I said I did and I paid cash . I asked her what are your pick up policies she said we won’t give it to you if you don’t pay I said well there’s your answer . Dude this place is stupid. 5.00 to wash 1 load of laundry. Smh most laundry mats are 1.75 or 2.00, I asked the chic working here why is it so expensive, her response "that's the price lol

Communication is great! Heavy starch could be heavier. Also, at least a 48hr, if not 24hr, return would be much better.
