The main reason for this review is because of transparency. I recently took my coats to get dry cleaned along with a trailblazer and a shirt. Last week, I was provided a fee of approximately 10.00 per item and 4.00 for shirts, which I was okay with, but today, when I picked up the items, it was a different amount, which came out to 22.59 for the coats. Right now a 3 because they gave me my king Comforter exactly how I gave it to them? I wanted the comforter pressed and pillow shams pressed? Nothing happened. They are taking it back to solve the problem. So I will start with a 3

Can be 3.5 or 4.25 depending on if it is your first time. All in all machines are in varying size loads for washing, dryers are all large. Cash or card, but get that wash card 1st. And pay attention where soap/softner/bleach go in the dispenser. Wash cost based on temp and size of machine. Prepare to spend between $10 - 15, per LARGE load. 06/26 Wednesday night, 7:30 I came to do laundry, as soon as I came in, she greeted me and SAW me gather my items into washers. I was using the smaller washer upfront for my towels and larger washer for my clothes (these two size washers are in complete opposites of the room) I went back to were I originally put some of my towels to fill the rest up & the same girl who greeted me, mentioned she threw away my items because she thought people forgot them, she saw me come in and she didn’t even bother asking & it had only been ... read more

I have washed & dried my clothes there. Usually I use their wash & fold service. The convenience is worth the price. The staff at my preferred location on Eastlake have been great. One night while the NFL playoffs were happening, I went to pick up my laundry. My fiancé & I ended up staying in the facility until the game was over. The employee at the time allowed us to be there after I payed and picked my laundry. That kind of service is very difficult to find nowadays. Thank you.
