A ruptured water line in the kitchen flooded and ruined our wood floor requiring a replacement of the kitchen, entryway, and dining room floors, as well as some of the sub flooring torn out by another company to dry everything out. Had an amazing experience with Surfaces NW. They were prompt in communication and very kind and friendly! They got me a quote super fast and within a week had carpet I chose installed! The carpet layers that came were kind and respectful and incredibly patient with my young kids asking them a million and one questions.
