I found Tammy so nice. Treated me with respect and understanding. Helped me decide which course of action I should take concerning my storage options. Wish I had found you first before signing on with a competitor and storing my personal belonging at their storage business. Now I have two different storage locations to be concerned with. It would have made my moving less stressful for sure. Thank you for all your help and looking forward to doing business with you.

The clerk Chris was very nice and helpful. The building is clean and seems very secure. I was surprised to find out you do lock checks 2x a day. that is very reassuring.

Easy online viewing and selecting unit. Reservation process was smooth and day of onsite, the service team was very friendly and accommodating!

UPDATE ON REVIEW from 11/4/20: Chris called me and apologized for the miscommunication with the truck rental when my assistant reserved a unit last month. To make up for what had happened and the inconvenience that resulted because of it, next month's rent is discounted and we can use the moving truck whenever we need to move items into or out of the unit. We appreciate the call back to make amends, which is good customer service! Thank you Chris, we appreciate you making it right!
