Alec was great as home care nurse and had good positive experience with home visit from Courtney as my physical therapist.

I have an excellent service from Frank Hood. He thought me everything that I need to learn using my CPAP which I have never experience from other Respiratory therapist. He's very professional, courteous and patience. I wish all respiratory therapist are like him. Thanks Frank for your excellent service

My mother in law recently passed away after being in hospice care for six months. I cannot speak highly enough of the care my MIL received from her RN Arra and the others on her team. Everyone we came into contact with was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and very respectful. All necessary supples and medications were provided. They truly are angels. I don't know what we would have done without them. I cannot thank them enough for helping my MIL and our family through this very difficult time.

I have been a patient a Sutter Home Health patient a couple years now. Very happy with personal care and strongly recommend this company who has been very professional & outstanding during covid with full protection for me and for them. I started with another home health care company for 8 years with good services too. Sutter Home Health recommended by my doctor has been excellent far better than every home health company I have ever used.

Sutter Care At Home Roseville provided hospice assistance at a residential care facility for my mother who suffered from dementia. I can't begin to explain how awesome the team assigned to my mom was from Jen to Michelle to our assigned RN Jamie. Their compassion, the quality of care and their professionalism were above and beyond what I could have expected. My grandma passed away on Sutter hospice. There are really no words to describe the amount of gratitude, compassion and understanding they all had. Jen the HHA was absolutely amazing. Nancy the RN was the best! From the very beginning to the end we had the best service we could have ever imagined. My mom stated she wishes she could put it on a billboard that's how awesome they were. We miss my grandma dearly BUT we will never forget the way those nurses made us feel. THANK YOU

Sutter's Home Hospice care is excellent. We called in after hours and very early in the AM, and had a real nurse at our door in under 45 minutes. Please don't be discouraged if you find a poor review here and there. The very nature of the service is very hard for a lot of folks to deal with. We met a small army of folks who cover N Roseville; they were all great people who really care. Our RN, Raine, is a Rock Star!
