My husband Phil had a spinal cord injury and couldn't walk or use his hands. He had surgery on 05/04/2024, spent a week at Sutter Hospital and then went to the Sutter Rehabilatation Institute. He was there for 3 weeks trying to learn to walk. He came home at the end of May and Sutter Care At Home was going to provide Nursing , Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. I received home care in September and October. I'm very thankful for the excellent care that I received. All of the RNs and Physical Therapists were amazing, my main therapist was Megan Bentley. I truly appreciate all of you. Dr. Paul Sausaura did my surgery on September 19 at Sutter in Sacramento. I received my last exam a few days ago and because of the progress I've made, I won't need to be evaluated again for 6 months. Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!

This is the second time I used Sutter At Home. 5-star rating isn't enough. All therapists, nurses and doctors are knowledgeable. My 87 year old aunt fell and broke her hip and wrist. Sutter At home worked quickly to get her all the services she needed and help her rehab at home where she is more comfortable. I will always use Sutter At Home.

2/10/2022 Updated: It's been a month and three days, since my ex passed.. I am so very grateful for my oldest son in making the decision to have chosen Sutter Hospice.. The staff from the beginning to the end was so compassionate and caring. The communication and the availability of resources helped us keep our sense of direction together as a family. Life in general throws us all kinds of curve balls, but somehow or in some way, we find the best ways for our own individual road paths... Just knowing that you can speak... read more

Hospice was just a word that I never thought would happen to me. But when it did, I am very thankful that our first experience was with Sutter Hospice Care. The team of health professionals (especially the nurses), equipment folks, social workers, and volunteers that worked with the family was compassionate, respectful and absolutely knowledgeable and professional! The Sutter Hospice Care team was just amazing. Thank you for everything!
Great fall... My mom is prone to falls due to Parkinson's and being noncompliant when it comes to asking for help. We ended up at Sutter's ER then had one home health visit from a few departments. One person was abrasive, the other was rushed the only one who seemed to care was the guy in PT. Their social workers who are supposed to help you find benefits for your parents are unfriendly, the least empathetic of any I have ever experienced. This company does everything they can to have no human contact.You get robot recordings when you call you get robot recordings and when there's a problem like they don't have the right paperwork, they make no effort to get the right paperwork, and this has been a sucky business system for at least the last 10 years.They're terrible. Absolutely terrible.I can't stress how terrible if I could give them 0 stars.I would give them zero stars.
