I broke my wrist almost a year ago & was refered by my surgeon, Monica Coughlan at Palo Alto Medical Foundation. I had three plates implanted & three subsiquent surgeries to remove each at different times. Sally Mayson, my pt was wonderful; she is very patient & explains things to you & answers any questions. My surgeon ordered home nursing post-lumbar fusion surgery & a four-night hospital stay. First time for this type of care; I scarcely understood the rationale or what to expect. (We'd had hospice support for a parent many years ago, but under very different circumstances.) I've had five visits in the two weeks since I've been home; I am VERY impressed and grateful. Our team and I, at Grace Healthcare Services in NJ, had the immense pleasure of caring for one of Sutter Care at Home patients. The goal was to get the patient to her family In Essex county from California, in order for her to spend her last days at home. And while there were a lot of moving pieces, I have to say that Jo-Hannes and her team went above and beyond to ensure their dear patient had everything that she needed. If you are in the area of California, do not hesitate to let Sutter care for your loved one.

Maryanne Flores is an excellent CNA and we were fortunate to have her care for my mom in 2019 and now my dad in 2024. She's so kind and gentle and treated my parents as if they were her own.

We had a really great experience with their hospice care. Judy showed amazing attention to detail when caring for my grandmother. I really couldn't be more grateful. Rebecca also was impressively thorough and attentive. I usually feel like I have to advocate for family members who are no longer in a position to advocate for themselves, but those ladies we so on top of it, I just had to sit back and assist. If your home health care visits are going to include physical therapy and occupational therapy Sutter Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice is an excellent choice. The basic nursing care I received was just fine, but the PT and OT was even better. Both my physical therapist, Sunesh Bandi, and occupational therapist, Carlo Manglicmot, OT, were highly professional. During the covid pandemic of 2020, our family had some additional trouble when my grandpa fell and experienced extreme suffering as a result of the fall. I was given Tran Mai's contact and she was super helpful in the entire process! She reached out to me the same day, asked for the contacts of his primary care, contact them and got all the paperwork done within a few hours! The hospice team from Sutter Care At Home was absoutely wonderful! Andrea, Melrose, Diana, Viktor, and the others did a fantastic job of supporting us during my mom's last 3 months (at home). They communicated and coordinated with us every step of the way, providing medications and supplies as needed in a timely and efficient manner. They listened and cared. They kept my mom clean and dry and let us know when we needed to bring in additional help. I can't thank them enough.

Worked at many places before, but never worked at a place where the main goal is to provide the best care for patients. Management is truly dedicated to having patients satisfied and that is rare to see in home health or hospice. Truly lucky to go to work here on a daily basis.
