I called Timberlake to have the home medical bed picked up since we no longer needed it. My friend warned me about their bad experience--it took Timberlake two months to collect their bed! However, driver Alex Marquez came by the very next day to pick ours up, but I wasn't ready and asked to reschedule. He returned exactly as scheduled two days later--polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the equipment. It was great to see him again. I told my friend the new Timberlake is punctual now!

I was contacted by management & my issues were resolved. I was able to go in & try different cpap masks & found one that worked. I tried it out for a week & no more problems. I appreciate the follow up calls to make sure everything is ok. All is now well.

I have been on C-Pap machine for several years and was tired all the time my breathing felt terrible and I felt so much pressure. Today Lorna from Timberlake Sacramento came and helped set up my Bi Pap machine explaining how it works she is so knowledgeable and through. I have had several people came and tried to deliver the machine and they didn't know or explain how to use it. Lorna knows all about the machine and settings and masks. She came prepared and made my life a lot better ;-)
