The day after I wrote this negative review, I was contacted by the social care team and yesterday, I received a phone call from the Director of the Billing Department. I am most encouraged by his willingness to listen and he and his team have fully researched my problem and fixed it. The billing department is now in the process of updating and improving their procedures and they are very aware that some mistakes have been occurring. I had a great experience with Sheila who comes to Modesto once a week. She fully explained the system to me and gave me some great tips. Sheila is calm and friendly. I had high anxiety coming in but walked out feeling great. My only problem with this company is their phone system. I was on hold for a long time on several occasions. I ended up hanging up twice.
