The staff at Taff’s Carpet was very knowledgeable and patient with all of the questions that I had regarding choosing the carpet to put in my new home. They let me take different samples home to try them out in my setting. They are very competitively priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know needing carpet! They also have really nice tile and wood flooring options.
We got our carpet in yesterday! Taff's Carpets was great to work with they were very professional and supper patient with us! Highly recommended! Will be going back when it's time for the next new carpet to go in!
We built a new house and went with Taffs to lay our carpet. They were super helpful in picking out the carpet/pricing at the store. They were timely in measuring and installing the carpet. They even vacuumed after they were done. I asked them to leave extra scraps and they even did that! Great customer service. They were extremely reasonable on price. I can’t say enough good things about Taffs’ Carpet. It was very easy to get the owner, Mike, here to give us an estimate on replacing our carpet. Marci was great to guide us to the samples in the showroom that were in line with what we were looking for. The first carpet they installed for us had manufacturing defects. The manufacturer, Shaw, would not admit that carpet was defective. We had discoloration in several places where the in carpet met itself. It looked like 2 different shades.
