My husband became a quadriplegic from a fall at the age of 51 and requires caregiving help for all his daily needs. With Mr. Takacs' help we were able to protect our home and other assets. We had met with family attorneys. My father had lost his ability to conduct his business and our family attorney was left scratching his head about what to do next. We were referred to this law office by an elder care facilitator as a last resort. No one knew what to do next.
Within 30 minutes of starting a meeting with this team, they gave us clear direction and decisive answers to problems that were cloudy at best previously. Not only did they assist us step by step but they took great care to be sure that my father's interests were protected and that his total care was the best. I will keep them with us for the duration of his journey. Their team has answered every question, advised us at every turn and have taken most excellent care of his needs and his total wellbeing. My experience with this firm has been very good. My wife needed long term care and I thought I would be broke within 5 years. On my first visit they pointed out that in my situation she would qualify for TNcare with in 3 months. They handled all the paperwork and I have been a happy client since that meeting.
