Tapani's design is very innovative and elegant. Professionals who see my house 15 years later marvel at the elegance and efficacy of the design. He is lacking in only one aspect: he does not charge enough! (He also doesn't just dump the plans on the client and disappear, but sees the implementation through to the end.)
