We were working with another lender who dropped the ball in a major way and we feared we wouldn't be able to close in time. Our realtor referred us to Tamie Platt's and minutes later, they called us (at 9:00 p.m.) We provided all our paperwork that night and we had a commitment in 2 days. They were amazingly friendly, prompt and helpful! We closed our loan in three weeks without an hiccups. This lender goes out of their way to get the job done.

I have been a real estate agent for many years and I have worked with the Tamie Platts team on many transactions. When it came down to purchasing my own, new construction home I first went with the Builder's lender due to the credit I would receive on closing costs. They were horrendous, and actually denied my loan unjustly. I then went to the Tamie Platts team and they got me approved quickly. Meryl was my loan officer and she was great with communication and working with me to get the loan package completed. The entire team stays on you, so that all I's are dotted and T's crossed and so that the transaction is smooth. I had a very smooth closing on my home and I highly recommend the Tamie Platts team.
