My employer switched to Tasc to manage our Flex spending account for insurance. They have good customer service compared to other company we used and easy reimbursement process. Was able to confirm that the receipt I got was what they needed. Took me 1 min to submit reimbursement on the app. Should be approved in about a week. App is easy to use I can see balances and transactions.
Allows me to track deposits and costs and request reimbursements real time.
Every single time there is an update, I have to re-enable biometrics, and trying to sign in manually doesn't always accept the correctly entered email and password. Other apps can update without wiping your preferences, so why can't this one?
