Love this app. Never had a problem, very easy to use.

The options are confusing. You have to wait several minutes to upload the receipt which adds to the confusion. Because of the delay I uploaded my receipts a couple of times. I could have fixed it if it allowed me to delete or edit a submission But once you hit submit you better hope you did it right.

At first I was skeptical because I wanted to talk to a person, but it was actually much easier submitting a reimbursment.
Able to view my balance and hopefully qualify for reimbursement. The app is quick and easy to understand.
The picture taking part is not that intuitive. But, once it is figured out, it works.
