good user experience!
Great changes! Love the new modern look and added features. So much more functionality! After clicking around a bit it seems very user friendly. I use my TASC card for almost everything but it's great to know my balance and the ability to submit a claim is just a few clicks away if I need it!

app hard to navigate can't find prior messages.
WORST app ever. it's inefficient and when you call support they refer you back to the app. I have uploaded verification multiple times and now when I attempt to attach it says contact support.
it gives me the option to save the reimbursement request for later, but doesn't show where to find the saved requests.
not used friendly and clunky. just use their website.
I hate it, it's like being punished for having a TASC card and I intend to cancel as soon as I use up the money I put on the card. I have to jump through too many hoops to access my own money. Also I get Declined for legitimate medical expenses
