forget getting an issue resolved immediately. they are quick to check documents and deny them, but to dispute the denial, it takes sometime.
The process to request reimbursement or to pay a visit through the app is confusing.
I would give a 0 star if possible. This app is so bad it compelled me to write my first app reviews. and now 3 years later add to it. Why can't this be easier? Why does biometric log in, on 5G service go so slow? i can open my safe faster. The only good thing I can say about it is it's better than their web site.

This is probably the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of using for anything healthcare and financial related. Ugly app and lack of communication about policies. Always getting rejections even after uploading 50 files. Horrific customer service. Avoid like the plague.
