Nice app. Slow response on questions. respons is only via email. Difficult to contact. get ready to resubmit an expense multiple timed to claim your cash.
Terrible experience. No way to contact the company. I couldn't file for reimbursement. Only good to track charged items.
when it asks to take a photo, and you do, it locks you out of the app and you have to start over. you have to take a picture first, then upload it from your photos 😡

It is not user friendly at all. It is confusing and it does not allow me to navigate from on page to the next with ease. The fact that keep forgetting how to access a particular page is very telling. Contacting you is impossible. It is not clear how I am suppose to contact you at all. When I opena request to contact you it gives me vague choices. Why doesnt the app or website have a FAQ? This app is horrible! HATE IT.
Company is awful at processing things. Inconsistent.frustrating. app weak at best. Good idea. Poor company communication at heart of weakness.
