Clunky and awkward
Tedious. Your process design requires multiple submissions of each transaction. Why not attach verification when reimb is requested?
This FSA provider is incredibly difficult to deal with. They deny claims without giving clear communication as to why it was denied. They make it impossible to appeal a claim by not allowing you to appeal a claim online. The only 2 options for appeal are fax and by mail. I mailed a full packet of info to the PO box they specified on their website. Sent it UPS so I could track it. Never heard back from them about the appeal. Called to check, they claim they never received. Actually criminal.

Very basic slow app.
Horrible experience, they claim to let you transfer your funds but make you jump through every verification hoop available, with 7- 10 business days between each verification.
