I can't add it to my phone
Can't get support through app. Takes three-quarters of an hour to get a simple question answered by phone. No way to upload supporting documentation through app. Must go to online portal anyway. For which MFA still not working.
Worthless it steals your money
Limited in capabilities and no customer support. Sent something and never heard back. Rudimentary application.
This is a scam. They provide no service at all and bleed the account dry with monthly fees. They have found a way to legally steal from the employees
Can not enter reimbursement requests. The app continually locks up and is simply ineffective!
TASC is worst fsa provider. Never use it! They don't reimburse any amount and they keep it for themselves!!!!! Worst experience ever!!
