Horrible service for FSA account. They decline transactions all the time when all the documentation is provided. When you call, they say sorry it should have went through. Waste your time over and over. Its not worth it!! Do not enroll!!
Closes randomly, not user friendly, app and company are not at all helpful!
This app is starting to suck! I've had several problems with my logging in that I'm always calling and deleting the app and installing the app back ! I shouldn't have to keep doing it . It needs to get fixed.

The TASC app does not work well at all. When I upload pictures of bills where receipts are requested, it often adds extra bits... for example, xxxx.jpg becomes xxxx.jpg.jpg.jpg ... and the image won't load onscreen. Today (and not the first time) the support contact link is not available. I also do not understand why receipts are requested for routine tests that are clearly from my doctor or a hospital (both of which are in my health insurance network). I hope we get rid of TASC next year.
Where is my money
Not very durable, needs more capabilites
Not user friendly & lacking useful reporting. I used EZReceipts before with Wage Works & TASC is definitely not on par. Much improvement needed to track reimbursements. The only feature I can recommend is scheduled cash transfers which avoids interacting with the app to manually schedule reimbursements.
