I was in Knoxville for only a week and, after the 4th day I made an offer on a house. Everything was GREAT from Teresa & her partner Dawn, except for one minor thing that in the long-run meant nothing (hence the overall 5-star rating) - a couple of times it seems there was a slight miscommunication (however it was always resolved fairly quickly so what do I have to complain about?
