The crew that came out for our coating job was very detail oriented with the prep work. We really appreciated how the crew was on time, courteous and cleaned up everyday before leaving. The house looks wonderful and thus far we are very happy with the Coolwall system.

I recently relocated to Texas from Alaska and I purchased a house in the Pflugerville are. I was happy with my purchase; however I was looking to make some changes. Since I am retired and I knew this would be my permanent home, I wanted as many comforts as possible. I wasn't sure when I would be able to make the changes I wanted because I was new to the area I had no idea where to look for someone to do what I wanted done.
Texas Home Improvement solved the problem, not long after I moved to the area they had representatives in my neighborhood offering free home inspections for sealing your home to avoid having to paint all the time; while I like this idea, I thought I would tell them what I wanted done and see what would happen. As it turns out they knew exactly what I wanted done and although that's not what they were selling they had no problem accommodating me. I had my patio enclosed and I love it. they worked with me to get me what I wanted at a price that I could afford, they offered financing at a low rate and the sales rep was excellent. No pushy, not trying to sell me on something that I did not want, but showed me every courtesy. Once all the paperwork was done, I received constant notification regarding when the work would be started and how long it would take. Every phase of the project was done like clockwork. No waiting around and wondering when someone would show up. When the workers came to start the work; the person in charge was courteous and did an excellent job and he stayed on the job until it was finished. There was constant communication to make sure things were going well and that I was satisfied. Once the work was finished, which took only two days, there was follow up and I was told that if I had any questions or problems that I could contact them at anytime.
Working with Texas Home Improvement was like a breath of fresh air. I recently was contacted by a lady who wanted to do the same thing that I had done and was also contacted by Texas Home Improvement; I invited her over to take a look at my patio and she loved it. She asked if they cleaned up behind themselves and I said, "Absolutely." She asked if I would recommend Texas Home Improvement and once again my response was, "Absolutely."
I am pleased with the service I received from Texas Home Improvement and I have no problem recommending them.

The Coolwall system looks fantastic on our home! The crews paid great attention to detail with the wood replacement that was necessary and they made sure to remove all materials after the job was completed. We plan to send referrals.
