Candles...overall nice feeling Relocated to Springfield a few months ago from Guam and Candles is my first apt experience in many, many years. Peaceful and Well Maintained The Candles is built and maintained with pride. It’s peaceful, quiet, and the gym is a major plus! It’s within the vicinity of anything you could possibly want, or need.
The Candle experience A great place to live. The original rental agent was wonderful, kind, and showed a genuine concern for the tenants. The present office staff never have time to address your concerns and quickly get you off the phone, A tenant has moved into the building and is a total menace. Our door was pulled down from the hinges which was quickly repaired but now the menace has damaged the door knob twice. perfect fit Love having the pool nearby for summer fun and cooling off, never have to worry about maintenance or repairs, everyone is friendly and easy to approach.
Decent place The 3 bedrooms are a great value! Bedrooms and communal rooms are decent sized and the porch is an awesome bonus. The kitchen and some other features are pretty dated, but nothing is too bad. The neighbors are also really friendly!
