They provide excellent service . Trustworthy excellent installation even if you're out of town .
If I could give Damon and Cindy Nichols a negative 50 I would. These two people lied to me every step of the way on their contract. I asked them if they could do subflooring, since the insurance company said to replace it. No other flooring company in Big Bear Lake sated they could do the structural flooring. But, they did and then they tried to hide their work before they were caught. I could see they replaced 1/5 of the kitchen subfloor, but then they tried to hide the rest with flooring compound. I have always had great dealing with everyone at the Carpet Barn. Cindy, Maggie and all the team have provided the best costumer service, not only for myself but the homeowners that I have referred to them over the last 25 years in property management in Big Bear. Great choices, prices, services and professionalism all the time.
