My 4 year old is terrified to go back...
This is he 2nd time visiting the dental ark. I'm left just as disappointed as I did the first time. I had to wait almost 40 minutes past my sons appointment time both times. I expect to wait 10-15 minutes but not 40. Only after I told the receptionist that I was canceling my sons appointment and we were leaving did they seem to move with a purpose. I got there a little late because of traffic when i get there the receptionist told me that they would probably not take me in anymore because of that she went to check after 45 minutes she comes back to finally tell me that they would take my son in she was very rude and disrespectful i was getting ready to leave and by the way i did tell the the dentist
You're orthodontist and his assistant said they sent a claim to my insurance and he was denied. I called my insurance and they received no such claim I switched to kool smiles and got approved. Your staff are liars.
I'm usually very happy with the service and our visit/experience when my daughter has her appointment, but unfortunately this last visit wasn't. Usually when walking in to the facility, we're greeted and asked to sign in. This time around there was nobody around to greet us or ask us to sign in. My husband and daughter proceeded to take a seat while I stayed standing and waiting to see of the receptionist would come out. Didn't even talk to dentist dental hygienist rushed appointment and wanted to
I didn't feel it was appropriate for my nine year olds cleaning to consist only of coronal polishing done by an assistant. When I asked for an RDH she said she would come in later and finish. Indeed she came in but all she did was count teeth. Since I am in the dental field I knew this was just a total rip ofpf I could have done this at home. Services like this are ok for those who have no dental knowledge and really have no icof what to expect. Will not be returning, will look for a different provider,
Don't appreciate having to wait over an hour to be seen. People who arrived after me were being seen and left before we did. My kids were only there for a cleaning and we were there till 2 when my kids appointment was at 12.
I get like every time I visit I get the third degree about certain things I feed my children, I understand that she things affect our teeth but if prefer your staff not promote other foods which I choose not to feed them.
