I came in to the Midland store on July 10th. Looked around and picked out a few carpet samples. I had an appointment set the next day to measure my carpets between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m. I took off work to be there for said appointment, and at 3:52 p.m. I got a text from bunny letting me know she was so sorry but something came up in that Odessa office she would call me the next day to reschedule. I would not use Paul Evans again if it were free. Using them was the worst experience I have ever had buying literally anything. In the last six months I have bought counter tops for three different projects, this time just happened to be my own kitchen. To start, we had an estimate done on replacing our kitchen counter tops. The price was actually the best quote that I had received I will admit that, they beat their competition substantially. Our experience started out well. As soon as we were in the store, a sales associate met us and was very helpful in looking at flooring. We took two samples home to see how they would look. It was when we took the samples back that things went bad. We went in the store and were again met by a sales associate. When she found out we had already talked to another associate, she went back to her desk and told us "the carpet is over there" and motioned in the general direction of it.
