Pretty new here, but the apartments are a great value for your money. Nicely updated and tasteful. Super quick commute to downtown, but still having so many options nearby. (Restaurants, bars, grocery. etc) The best thing about this place tho, is the friends I've made living here. The pool was a great meeting place this summer. If you're looking for diversity, and a sense of community- you just might like the place. Office staff is pretty cool, too. Never had an issue getting anything taken care.

I have lived here since 2005, and over the years, a few rough patches when changing management, but I can't complain about the staff. Shannon, Raheem, and Kris have been so helpful, and just so kind to me. I am disabled, and they go out of their way to make life easier. They make me feel like I'm part of the team. I have vast experience workng in real estate, rental properties, construction, single and multifamily home building, as well as commercial building, and government housing, and finance. So, I feel that my personal and professional experience makes me qualified to give them 5 stars.

The office staff is super helpful and very quick to respond to any issues or questions you might have! The new management company is really elevating the atmosphere at The Edge.. they have awesome resident events, and really seem to care about their residents. I definitely recommend the new Edge at Arlington!

I love living at the Edge of Arlington The rent is reasonable. The pool and gym are excellent! For me, having Raheem, a long time employee is reassuring. Having signed five leases at this complex it is so nice to have the same person in the office. He can finish my sentences and fix any problems. Raheem has known me for the years I have lived here. I trust him completely. The management job had many turn overs causing me to feel ill at ease. Then Shannon was hired. What a professional! In her first months hired she had to move 30 residents [ me included] due to repair work. I was amazed at how caring she was. If I walk into the office, Raheem and Shannon seem happy to see me. I hope these two employees stay because they make me feel safe and happy!
