I have lived at this property for almost a full year. Here are the top reasons you should move to Bell Chapel Hill: 1) Karen, the property manager, does her job with strength and grace. If you told me she lived at the office, I would believe you. During a recent snowstorm, I witnessed Karen and her husband come to the building outside of business hours.
