Visiting from out of state when I had a fall and knew nowhere to go for emergency care, found this location via google. I called and found they accepted my insurance, asked if there was a wait and then took an Uber over with all my luggage. I was seen immediately upon completing paperwork and the entire staff was excellent, helpful with my bags and attentive. Took my toddler in around 10p and the only thing that held us up getting seen right away was me filling out the paperwork! All the doctors that we interacted with were great with kids and offered detailed information every step of the way. Really appreciated how thorough they wanted to be to make sure he got better. I was so impressed by the resources they had at that location. My child needed a chest x-ray and they were able to do it right away and read the results to help with their prognosis. The staff, nurses and doctor were attentive and polite. There was no wait time. The nurse called to follow up to see how my daughter was doing 2 days after. The level of care and expertise with which they provided my daughter was excellent!

I highly recommend this facility for those who are facing medical issues. I called and spoke to the receptionist who was willing and able to assist me with questions and concerns. The female I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. She made sure my insurance would be taken and I came in because of the courteous interactions I had over the phone with the receptionist.
