Donovan, Francisco and crew did a great job. Donovan gave us great advise on flooring. Suggestions on color and type of flooring were just what we needed. The guys showed up on time and kept us informed regarding what was to be done and when. Overall a great experience.

I worked with Mr. Bill Filler, who helped me choose my beautiful hardwood from California Classics, and my order was processed in record time. We worked with Donovan and his team. They were all excellent and professional. We had some unique issues that needed to be addressed and Donovan was the only person to offer a solution that met our needs. We are very happy with our new flooring. We just had our entire bottom level floor replaced with wood laminate flooring. I interviewed 5 different vendors and choose The Finishing Touch. Josh Johnson came out right away and within 24 hours, I had an estimate of the cost. I choose this store because it is family owned, been in business for over 27 years, and because the installers are employees and not subcontractors.
