They were such an EXCELLENT company to work with. They gave me an excellent price for an EXCELLENT product. Not only that, but their installers, Bakermade Floors, I just can't say enough good things about either of them. ABSOLUTELY top notch all the way around. Is it possible to give TEN stars?
Do not use them . Never on time . Say they do great work . Not true . Put new flooring in bathroom . They say I would have to get a plumber cause they don't remove or replace toilets . So I get someone to come put toilet back but you have a round seal that has to go down but they cut it half round . Wtf kind of job is that ? Plumber couldn't do it. So called the company all I got was im sorry we will try and make it right tomorrow. They aren't without a toilet all night till 9-10 am . For real . Omg This installation is stil... read more

This installation is still in progress. Store personnel visited the jobsite this morning, and are working closely with the customer, and the installer, to have this issue resolved promptly!
Purchased lvt.Had installed by independent contractor and informed me it wasn't a good product due to the fact it didn't stay locked together and thin.Had a person come out from this company and inspect.He filed a complaint with *************,to which an inspector came out.I could see by his comments no action would be taken.Terrible product.Floor coming apart.Zero warranty.

During our initial inspection, we found some installation errors performed by the independent contractor who installed the flooring. Because of those errors is the reasoning behind the failure of the product. Because it was not installed by our professional installers, our company could not guarantee the issues. In my opinion don't buy carpet here. Purchased $5000 worth of carpet from this company that was replaced with worse carpet than the first. Second carpet was recommended by store manager at the time. The carpet is only a few years old and looks like its been down for years. I was mislead twice on the carpet and then their response was "well they don't make carpet like they use to" Then you should of told me that when I walked in the door the 1st time.
I have had issues with my hardwood flooring installed by The Floor Project and their recommended installer. It is not installed correctly, The Floor Project and their installer refuse to do ANYTHING. I have inspection reports confirming all this and a "so called" warranty from the Floor Project, but they refuse to do anything to resolve. I would never deal with this company or any of their installers again.
