I purchased flooring through The Floor Show for my recent kitchen renovation. The product and service could not have been better. It was a small project but Cody in the showroom was always generous with his time and advice. Ruvim and his team who installed the flooring were great. They were pleasant and professional and did an excellent job on the kitchen and basement stairs. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Purchased flooring for a new renovation. Got a good price on it, and customer service was initially very good. Got it professionally installed. Flooring ended up shrinking and contracting throughout the house. It was glue down flooring, using the glue sold for the product. Several areas had lifted, which I could understand could be a problem with the adhesive, but the shrinking between all the boards could not be explained by anyone. I couldn't be happier with my total experience with the employees of The Floor Show. Harriett was my go to person at the store helping me cheerfully with her expertise for hardwood and carpet. She kept in touch and followed through with both orders - hardwood and carpet. The hardwood was a large job and Paul, the hardwood installer, was second to none. Overall highly satisfied with my experience - carpet install for a basement open area and bedroom. Cody was attentive and knowledgeable throughout our interactions, as we selected products, worked within a budget, and booked estimate and install. He answered many questions along the way and was sure to follow up. They were able to fit the project in on a tight timeline, and I was impressed with speed and quality of work done by Glenn. Looking forward to many years of enjoying the new space!
