Our sons have grown up in the business, and gained a great deal of knowledge through the years in many aspects of the industry. This has been the second major flooring job we have had the Floor Store do. Both times were beyond expectations. The store staff(Chris) were very helpful and knowledgeable. The installing team in our latest project were the best. Professional, courteous and true craftsman. The job was to our overall satisfaction when completed. We have another project coming up and there is no choice on who we are using.
We moved here recently, and we needed flooring as well as new counter tops. The Floor Store was great to work with. Customer service was top of the line, and they were very helpful with suggestions and schedulling! We have worked with both Warren and Chris, and they are awesome! Strongly recommend them!

I replaced my master bedroom carpeting with vinyl plank flooring last year. When I arrived at the store with my tile sample from the hall and major portion of the house, Warren immediately found me the perfect color to coordinate. I was so pleased, I cancelled another scheduled estimate. The two lady installers did a terrific job. There was one issue of concern, which was immediately rectified.
