One of many reasons why we didn’t like our experience with the Floor Store in Sunnyvale. Poor communication, return phone calls not done in a timely manner. When Charlie made a mistake on the estimate he argued with us that it was our fault. They say that they don’t use subcontractors but they do. This was told to us by Damien who schedules the workers.
