The salesman at the store gave customer service above and beyond. He helped us get the carpeting we needed. Both Flooring Company stores worked together to assist with what we needed. The Flooring Company on Telegraph Road had been called by the other store and they knew just how to help. I highly recommend buying from them. You usually don't find great customer service like we received on Friday,

These people are great. We replaced a lot of carpet flooring in our house with vinyl flooring (including on stairs). They are very responsive/quick right from getting a quote to answering follow-up questions. It took them 2 days to complete the job, and we had minimal inconvenience during that period. We love the new flooring. My husband went into your store with questions on flooring and they answered all his questions and helped him pick out what we needed for our home.
