Unfortunately I was not able to be at the inspection with Gary, however after reading through his report I see he did a very thorough job at inspecting our potentially new home. He took very clear pictures of any issues he found and was clear on what needed to be resolved in the home.

I have had previous experience with other home inspectors and I would have to say working with Eric was by far the best experience I’ve had. He is very thorough and walks you through every detail. I will definitely use your company again in the future.
