I CALLED THE KITE TEAM AND SPOKE WITH SKYLAR.... EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND MY CONCERN THAT I WOULD BE MAKING THE RIGHT DECISION.... HE ASSURED ME THAT AMY WOULD GUIDE ME THRU WHATEVER PROCESS I WOULD DECIDE TO DO.... SO WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.... AMY CAME OUT TO MY PROPERTY AND SAT AND LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS... The Kite Team greatly exceeded our expectations.... Constantly in contact with us each step of the way. Home was sold in a reasonably short time, 3 weeks with 3 offers. As for the Kite Team shining, our liaison Perrish, proved to be the brightest star of the group, she is totally awesome.

They were a great team to work with! Sheri made me feel comfortable the first time she showed up at the house and listened to my thoughts and gave her past experience suggestions. She helped get the price right and communicated very well anytime there was a showing, questions, or issues. Jessica (the photographer) did a fabulous job at making the house look great. Jessica (from the office) also communicated very well and quickly whenever there was paperwork or questions to get taken care of. I would definitely recommend working with the Amy Kite team.
