I’ve always had a more than perfect experience with at the Lila. The property is always clean, pool is always beautiful, landscaping…… all around a beautiful place to live. It’s because the management is ALWAYS on top of any issues! Extremely courteous and knowledgeable of anything that needs attention. The new management sucks Christina I believe is the new property manager is horrible to deal with , wants to charge you for things that aren’t your fault such as falling sliding door blinds $100 ? . People in the office are extremely rude and entitled for no reason. Used to be a good apartment now I can’t wait to move out. DONT MOVE IN HERE
I’m really upset with how things have been handled lately at this apartment complex. I’ve lived here for two years with zero problems until recently. The issue started with the rude male leasing agent in the front office. He kept cutting me off while I was talking and had an attitude the entire call. The maintenance staff is amazing! We love Chris, Auggie and Will. They have been so helpful and gone out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of! Five stars for our wonderful maintenance staff!
Reasonable rent prices, I would say the extra charge they have for the "remodeled" apartments with vinyl floors and grey cabinets isn't really worth paying in my personal opinion. I decided not to renew my lease due to some issues that aren't worth discussing but it is a nice apartment for what I was paying. I saw very few bugs while I was here, and they are easy to keep away as long as you don't live near the office or pool.
