during Covid-19 I've been so impressed by the creativity of marquis at the parkway. so far-- the offica has been super communicative, amenity fees have been waived. exercise and dance classes have been offered for free, balcony happy hours have been organized, food trucks with $5 credits have been offered, $10 gift cards to dominoes pizza have been sent---it's been a rough time for everyone. but these have been incredible gestures!!!

Had a great time touring the grounds with David Butz. He was very knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions. As you could imagine, relocating from California to Colorado comes with plenty of questions. He knew the area well and showed me several apartment options. The apartments looked great and felt brand new.

I love living here! I love being walking distance to everything and the views are great! The staff members are so friendly and helpful every time I’ve had a question or issue. The weight room is really nice and the complex always have really cool events going on!
