I want to leave a review and recognize Ashley Zuniga for helping me with my move-in process. She was new management coming in as I was a new resident coming in the old management left my apartment so bad that I needed my carpet removed as I was moving in the day of Ashley was able to help me through my process and help my family be more comfortable with our move-in. I’ve lived here for a year and half. Maintenance are quick to fix issues as long as you communicate well with the office. The new management team are 1000 times better than the last “team”. Kristy and Nicole have always been quick and proud to help out with any issues I’ve had. The pools had been non operational and filled with green muck for months before they took over and they had the pools fixed and looking great in about 1 month. The ladies that run the leasing office are so kind and get stuff done! Ashley helped me with every step of the application and move in process. They got the flooring in my living room changed to hardwood and were very patient with me throughout the process. I know I can ask them whatever questions I have because they truly care about helping.
DO NOT move here. These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in I would give them zero starts if I could. There recently was a switch in management and they have added so many fees to rent. These past few months I have been charged so many fees for “valet trash” which is $30 every month, not $90. I have to physically show up to the office so they can take some fees off and that is NOT okay whatsoever and has to be violating some city laws. Good place to live - affordable, close to everything you need, and new management is great. Good mix of single people, young families, and couples. Some of my favorite things: two pools you can access, updated gym (it's modest but an improvement from the previous), and a responsive handy crew. Also love that the location is just off the highway - makes any drive quicker. Wish I had better photos - but I suppose something is better than nothing!
