The check-in desk was a disappointment. I think we are all the same. He was a bit racist. He wanted to charge me again. He did everything reluctantly, that's why he didn't see that I had already paid for my stay. But that made me very angry. I think that the color of the skin or the origin of another country or the accent of the language, etc., has nothing to do with it. We are all human beings and we pay the same. I think that for that reason I would not return to this hotel. But the room was beautiful.

Although the hotel itself was really nice. You don’t really get that great of a deal considering they make you pay each night for valet parking. Complete scam

Hotel is on border between good and bad neighborhoods. On corner is a run down bodega with bars on the windows. Room had flies and bugs. 3 requests for help until I finally went down to front desk. View is of train tracks. 45 minute walk to mall. Would require transfer on metro so not worth it.

It took way too long for valet service. I was never forwarded my parking info that is needed for departure. I wascthen booked in a ADA accesible room which was not requested. As a result there was no shower curtain snd the water control knob completely disengaged and came off in my hand, which is not safe for anyone. I understand that it was a very busy weekend for you but accordingly you should have plussed up staff to better accommodate your patrons who pay good money to stay at your hotel for subpar services. Do better!!!

Very noisy Train ran beside the property We were not aware of this Our room faced train tracks. Additionally, we were disappointed that there was no refrigerator for storing drinks and food. There was only a stocked wine and alcohol drawer that was full
