On our first night we had a knock at around 4am on our door. The man was yelling to open the door. I told him to go away and he pushed the door. I had my two kids with me, got really scared. I informed the front desk but she said nothing like that happened before and she'll send someone to check the floor. I was NEVER contacted and they never told me what it was all about. The place itself is clean, the beds are awesome and the shower is large and modern, but I did not feel safe AT ALL.
This is my first and last stay here. I didn't expect to be living at the railway station. Noise is unbearable, especially at night, so your rest is totally disrupted! It was the most expensive noisy room I've ever had! Congratulations to all those with such a stupid idea to locate a hotel next to the station!
Horrible check in.. Would never come back again!!! “Rushed cleaning” only to be checked in after 4pm. Housekeeping let their self in without knocking “claiming” the room appeared vacant! Not even 1 hr in the room accused of smoking lol.. 2 hrs later received a call trying to upgrade the room after being told I wasn’t able to upgrade would have to purchased another room.. LOL wouldn’t recommend if you’re young, and African American!
