Moved in with my fiancé with high hopes and expectations. All in all, nice apartment Friendly staff, slow maintenance response Ohh and no hot water in the shower from when we moved in till now (5 months) for clarity we get 1 maybe 2 days a week of warm water, for the bulk of the time my pee is warmer then the shower. ***UPDATE** 2/4/26 - I still do not have hot water. No one has communicated with me directly. Clear code violations. Turns out, that is what Austin 311 is for. No hot water ever. They shut off the water to repair leaks without warning, no emails, so every shower is like Russian roulette if you'll just be standing there covered in soap. And it won't come back on for 2-3 hours. They use an offensive southern AI to answer the phones and will never answer your calls or call you back. And they removed the ability to call them directly so you can only leave messages. Which they won't respond to. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of security and accountability at this apartment complex. On two separate occasions, items have gone missing from my unit shortly after maintenance personnel appeared without my request. Most recently, my Nike shoes were stolen. A few weeks earlier, my AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) went missing under similar circumstances. In both cases, maintenance staff claimed they were there to fix HVAC issues that I never requested. Lived here for over a year and a half. Changed management and never got my 2 weeks free that was promised upon approval for the unit i was renting. Also paid 2 deposits one i was told after the fact not to pay online and that i could not get a refund for because the website was not up to date with the new management. Rats in the walls you could hear them running around at night, Roaches, No Hot Water or No water at all for days / weeks at a time.
