Under new management so far so good. Im going to be honest, I've heard some pretty awful things about this new company like they don't reply to request in a timely manner so far I haven't had that problem and ive had 2 request. Also that they charge $100 renewal lease fee i really hope this isn't true. And other things that I pray i don't experience. I do not judge by others experience or go by hearsay! Recently moved into The Pines at Bethabara and so far I’ve made plans to renew as long as I can. Staff is great, always welcome me with huge smiles and the area is extremely clean. Quiet neighborhood and very clean environment. Not to mention the apartment I moved into, it’s what I’ve been looking for since forever ago!
Talked to the manager on duty, and she was so helpful in showing all the apartments and what we needed to have to get into the apartments. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thinking of living there too.
Not worth the cost. I was talked into signing my lease early so know would get my unit because they said they had so many people wanting it but after I moved in I found out this place had been vacant for at least 6 months and it was not cleaned. I had to vacuum before moving my things in. I had to empty my vacuum 6 times there was so much dirt in the carpet. Bees get into the units during the spring and summer. The gate never works. The property manager is very rude and disrespectful. The company will be on her side and allow her to be this way. She is watching everyone on the camera and she will walk up on you…… very prejudices….. harassment type behavior. Its better not to even move there. I hear everyone has problems with her.
