Pam, was superb! She helped us ready our home for sale with lots of honest advice and helped us stay focused when we ran into obstacles. Worked with Pam on selling our house in French Branch. She made lots of suggestions before we actually listed the property. Obviously they were good, since the property sold in 7 days. We had been trying unsuccessfully to sell our house for about six months before we contacted the Puckett Team. Pam came out the same day we called to give us a consultation and gave us a simple to-do list that would not only make the house easier to sell but for higher than we had been originally asking. We closed the sale about three weeks from when she visited. All through the process they were ready to help and very proactive with finding buyers for the house, including staging the house themselves.
